In hospital setting, he learnt to manage multidisciplinary teams, to plan and follow-up with operational activities as well as ensure good relationships between employees and customers. His maturity and abilities to deal with emergencies brought him to take various responsibilities, such as team members skill developments and recruitment for the entire Montréal office. Over time, in addition to his team leader skills, he developed both analytical insight and business development sense.
