Support, inspire and innovate… three words that summarize Louis’s skills. Devoting his entire career to the Franco-Ontarian school system, he namely worked as a pedagogical leader with the TacTIC team (Centre franco-ontarien de ressources pédagogique). He offered coaching to pedagogical teams and school principals and facilitated the creation of virtual events related to professional development, always suggesting that students be placed at the very heart of decision-making.
Louis is now an advisor, coach, instructor and leader at LPH Solutions. He founded this enterprise with the aim of helping people find potential educational solutions. Virtual training and teaching, collaborative pedagogical project management, communications using digital technologies as well as innovative professional development are always at the heart of projects that he undertakes. Louis currently manages the creation of a serie of virtual trainings for teaching staff in French Ontario.
Louis is also passionate with cycling, environment, gardening and beekeeping. For the second time, he published a Christmas story for which he offers a virtual animation: It’s your turn Mary-Christmas (C’est à ton tour Marie Noël). Since the last few years, his wife and him contribute to building a school in Haiti. He offered training to the teaching staff and school principals on l’île de la Tortue. He shares his experience with international cooperation in a book that he published (Première fois).
