Dr Herbert Mtowo (Coach) is the CEO of Total Business Training and Projects South Africa, Jordan Touch Communications, a media and consultancy company in Namibia, Chairman and Founder of Heal the Foundation Namibia, and Founding partner of TAMIHERB Solutions-Zambia. He is a serial entrepreneur, Counselling Psychologist, Mental Health Coach, and Business and Life Coach. He is also the Founder and Chairman of Africa Entrepreneurs Network, an NGO in more than 25 African countries with a passion for Entrepreneurs & Sustainable Education in Africa to establish and grow sustainable entrepreneurs create employment opportunities and build Africa’s economies. Dr. Herbert is an academic person with degrees in BSc Psychology, Honours in Psychology, a master’s degree in development studies, and a master’s in counselling psychology. He recently got his Ph.D. in Business Psychology. He also has several postgraduate qualifications in strategic planning, business management, project management, and international trade. He is a former Psychology lecturer and is still an external exam moderator at three Universities. Dr Herbert Mandla Mtowo is an academician with years of experience lecturing at different African universities and as a visiting lecturer at some universities worldwide. He is still an external moderator at some universities in Africa. Coach Dr Herbert is a sought-after speaker on business, academic platforms, societal issues, economic matters, leadership, and International Trade. He was recently appointed Director General Africa, Media and Sustainable and Publishing –GCPIT. He is also on the Board of Directors of Hillside Christian College, A Private School that uses the Switched On Online Educational Program from primary school to High School. The school celebrates its 20th Anniversary this year.
